Slack Oauth Callback Handler

Receive OAuth tokens from the website via browser auto-submit form.

The website returns an HTML form that auto-POSTs tokens to this endpoint through the user's browser. On success the tokens are persisted to settings and the browser is redirected to the success page on the website.
