Create a new project of any type

Creates a Continuous Replication, Mainframe Replication, or Advanced Replication (DSL) project through a single type-agnostic endpoint by delegating to the integration platform.

Features:

  • Accepts all three project types via the projectType field.
  • Returns the newly created project ID in the Location header and response body.
  • Enforces name uniqueness within the workspace.

Use Cases:

  • Agent/automation creates a project as the first step of an onboarding workflow.
  • Provision projects of different types programmatically without switching endpoints.

Authorization: Requires replication-pipeline::create when permission harmonization is enabled; otherwise, replication-pipeline::manage.
