Resolve every in-scope DSL connection to its real Catalog connection id

Compiles an Advanced Replication project's DSL and resolves every in-scope connection to its real Catalog connection id.

Features:

• Returns every resolved connection with its DSL connection id, Catalog reference, resolved Catalog connection id, connection type, and every usage site (pipeline, and the role played there — source, target, lookup, schema registry, staging, or unreferenced).
• Scoped to one pipeline when pipelineId is supplied, or every pipeline in the project otherwise.

Use Cases:

• Discover which connections a project (or one of its pipelines) is associated with before submitting a composite pipeline component configuration request.
