Delete a project of any type

Deletes a Continuous Replication, Mainframe, or Advanced Replication (DSL) project through a single type-agnostic endpoint.

Features:

• Handles all three project types uniformly.
• Optional projectType hint short-circuits the store probe.
• Optional forceDelete bypasses pre-condition guards.
• Returns a structured 409 listing every unmet pre-condition.
• This removes the whole project and every file in it immediately, regardless of each file's phase. This differs from deleting a single Advanced Replication file (see the per-file delete endpoint), where an already-committed (approved) file is instead marked pending_deletion until the next commit, to preserve lineage for shipped content.

Use Cases:

• Agent/automation deletes a project regardless of its type.
• Pre-flight a delete and surface blocking conditions to the user.

Authorization: Requires replication-pipeline::delete when permission harmonization is enabled; otherwise, replication-pipeline::manage.
