Get source maps (v2)

Deprecated: use discovery.source-maps.get.v3 (discovery_source_maps_get_v3), which answers no faviconLightUrl or faviconDarkUrl: a favicon is one image for both themes, faviconUrl. This version answers the same with both, always null. Read a campaign's source influence map: which source types and domains shape AI assistants' recommendations of each brand, over the conversations dated in the 30 days ending its results window's as-of day (scope.window).

Result window: all, a preset id, or yyyy-MM-dd..yyyy-MM-dd. Omit for the campaign's default window.

Narrows the read to these segments, ANDed: one axis:id per axis (any number of distinct customer: entries), in canonical axis order. Empty reads the whole dispatch.
