Get segment options (v3)

List the segments a campaign's results can be narrowed to, by axis: customer attributes (gender among them), products (the business's revenue lines), engines, competitors, topics, sentiment and stores, with each option's id and label.

Read the competitor axis as this brand (one of the campaign's brands). Omit for your own.
