Get dashboard view images

Read one image discovery_dashboard_view_images_create drew: its view, campaign, filters, results window, frame and size, and when it stops being kept; discovery_dashboard_view_images_download fetches its file. Not found once it is gone (after 30 days, or once its campaign is deleted).
