Get commercial schedules

Deprecated: use business.commercial-schedules.get.v1 (business_commercial_schedules_get), which reads the same rules by the business profile every product's campaigns on it plan by. Read a Discovery campaign's calendar rules as saved now: its business profile's version, the weekly schedule of each product the company sells (revenueLines), and the zone the rules read in (the one their lines name, weighted by the campaign's customers). id is the campaign id; change the rules with business.commercial-schedules.update.
