Get campaign entries (v2)

Get one campaign entry by id, as campaigns_campaign_entries_list_v2 lists it, with a page of its units (visits, interviews or conversations), each with its state and failure reason; page the units with limit and units.nextCursor. An entry the list does not show is not found. A launch or run now answers the entryId it started.
