Get calendar windows

Deprecated: use campaigns.calendar-windows.search.v1 (campaigns_calendar_windows_search) with one campaign id. Read one campaign's scheduled customer interactions between two instants at most 48 hours apart, with lifecycle counts; at most 500 are named and entryCount says how many there are. id is the campaign id; its product is read from the campaign itself, whatever campaignType names.
