Get campaign entries
Deprecated: use campaigns.campaign-entries.get.v2 (campaigns_campaign_entries_get_v2) to read an edit's rerun as edit_rerun; this version reads one as run_now. Get one campaign entry by id, as campaigns.campaign-entries.list.v1 lists it, with a page of its units (visits, interviews or conversations), each with its state and failure reason; page the units with limit and units.nextCursor. An entry the list does not show is not found. A launch or run now answers the entryId it started.
