Get support access settings

Deprecated: use account.support-access-settings.get.v2 (account_support_access_settings_get_v2), which names every mode. This version reads the mode as notify or approval, an organization on allowed reading as notify (support may view without a window), and the support access window that is open now, if any. The id is the organization id.
