List notification preferences (v2)

Deprecated: use account.notification-preferences.list.v4 (account_notification_preferences_list_v4), which lists every category on every channel. This version lists the signed-in member's own email notification categories it was published with and whether each is on in the current organization, and leaves out Mentions and New members, which replaced its Mentions and new members.
