List notification preferences (v3)

Deprecated: use account.notification-preferences.list.v4 (account_notification_preferences_list_v4), which states each channel's default and names no Teams channel. This version lists the signed-in member's own notification categories and whether each is on by email and in Slack in the current organization; Teams is always off.
