Run a shell command in the sandbox

Shell access to the session's sandbox for file operations, inspecting /home/daytona/tools/*.py, and running saved scripts, which can save to the workspace as execute_python does. The sandbox can reach any host on the internet. Analysis belongs in execute_python. Returns the command's output and reports a non-zero exit as an error. Call navigate first — the sandbox cannot start before a viewport exists.
