List data requests

List the data requests this user filed in the workspace, newest first, with each one's status and the datasets it has delivered so far. Stages run submitted, searching for the source, building, first results (the user's own places first), then ready; a request can also end not available or need review. A delivered dataset is in the catalog: find it with find_data. A request waiting on the user's answer is answered in Ploti. Check it before filing a research request: data this user already asked for is listed here, and filing again only repeats the work.
