Enable or disable auto placement (dashboard session only)

NOT available to API keys: returns 403 dashboard_only for any Bearer key. This is the one switch that lets standing orders in 'auto' mode spend with nobody watching, so it takes a signed-in human on the account page. A key may create a standing order in auto mode; it cannot make that mode do anything.
