Every principal's effective grants with provenance, in one bulk read (registry.list_all_effective_grants) — backs the People & access grant matrix's From-role/Custom columns, same fan-out-free shape as the existing flat GET /grants (which stays exactly as-is: the raw, custom-only layer other call sites still read).
