Finish Onboarding Id Check

The page's "I've finished" for the onboarding link. The body is empty: Roost follows the attempt's own invite to its job and reads it from Vouched with the secret key, and decides from THAT (receipt discipline). Returns the whole onboarding view, so the packet unlocks in one round trip once the ID is verified.
