⛔BUILD TASK, 2026-10-01, ITEM 3: "Clicking an expired link shows 'A new link has been sent to <contact>', never a dead page." Calls get_onboarding_or_reissue, never the plain get_onboarding a 410 would come from -- an expired (but once-real) token mints and sends a fresh one on the spot; only a token that never existed still 404s.
