Owner Confirm Batch

"Confirm all" on one learned rule's batch (BNK-09, BNK-13): every payment in it becomes a company expense he paid personally. The same act as replying "confirm" in the batch's Slack thread, and claim-once like it, so a tap here and a reply there are one answer. 404 for anyone but the owner, and for a batch that is not his.
