The Finance Transactions page (Transactions.dc.html, Frederick's 2026-10-04 design): outgoing company payments plus items he confirmed as business, with the page's filters, per-category totals and the business feed's state. finance:read. His personal account never appears: not its name, last four, balance, connection state or any unconfirmed item (BNK-06).
