Feedback Submit

AI agent / human feedback mailbox (2026-08-16).

Three types: data_request (data you need), error_report (a claim that mismatches its cited source — include topic_id), knowledge_lead (a fact lead — source_url required, first-hand sources only). One-way by design: submissions are stored for human review, never publicly rendered, and never auto-ingested into topics (every topic stays C1 source-verified). Caps: body <= 2KB, message <= 1800 chars, 10 submissions/day per IP.
