Returns structured summary stats (total reports, species breakdown, top VEDDRA reactions) parsed from C1-verified topics — NOT raw bodies. Each hit links to /api/v1/llm_context?topic=<topic_id> for the full citation-rich text. Anti-dump by design: parameterized, no wildcard, per-request limit.
