The experiment with its groups, enrolment counts and launch forecast.

Per-group allocation is a proportion in 0..1 and allocation_total and unallocated are the same scale; allocation_bp beside them is the stored basis points, for a caller that wants the exact integer.

forecast is the launch-time snapshot and is not rewritten. The running card's "About N more contacts to a verdict" reads the live horizon at forecast_live.required_per_group (same integer at forecast_live.contacts_needed). Both are null until the metric has matured contacts (transfer: 7 days) or the rate is otherwise not estimable — see :class:ForecastLive.
