Public service status + measured uptime — no API key required

Returns status: operational or maintenance (set from the operator maintenance flag), plus uptime measured by an independent minutely probe of the full public path: uptime_30d_pct, uptime_7d_pct, checks_30d, monitoring_since. Poll this to drive a status badge; it is the same source the omniaauto.ca landing page uses.
