Deletes a party of the case file. Wraps DELETE /api/cases/[caseId]/parties/[partyId]. Firm-scoped OWNERSHIP; canDelete(access) by role (403 if the role does not allow it). Responds 204 (idempotent). Scope cases/mcp/*. 0 credits.
