Download a case-file document by sequence

Downloads the original of a document by its sequence number. Wraps /api/cases/[caseId]/documents/by-seq/[seq]/file. Firm-scoped OWNERSHIP. By default it returns JSON { url (firmada 5 min), fileName, mimeType, expiresIn }; ?raw returns the original bytes (inline, original mime, stream passthrough). Scope cases/mcp/*. 0 credits.
