The whole page state: the open row, its transcript, and claim liveness.

segment_running is what the frontend watchdog polls before firing a silent re-kick — a stale claim after ~15s of stream silence means the segment died (deploy, scale-down) and nobody is coming back to it.

Falls back to the most recent terminal row when nothing is open, so a founded page can still redirect and a rejected one still renders its card after a refresh.
