The whole page state: the open row, its transcript, and claim liveness.

segment_running is what the frontend watchdog polls before firing a silent re-kick — a stale claim after ~15s of stream silence means the segment died (deploy, scale-down) and nobody is coming back to it.

Falls back to the most recent row when no interview is in progress, so a founded page can still redirect, a rejected one still renders its card after a refresh, and a founding one (still building its first page) is handed over once.
