Aae Challenge

Issue a subject-binding challenge for one AAE (§5 Step 4).

Returns the members the subject agent signs back as a compact JWS: a fresh 128-bit nonce, the audience identifying this relying party, and the AAE id. The nonce carries its own HMAC origin proof, so nothing is stored until the response arrives and the nonce is spent.
