Ads Demo Endpoint

Keyless demo for the moltrust.ch/ads widget. Names a scenario (budget, bid, user_permissions, foreign_brand, expired, lite_delete); the server builds the fixed demo mandate with the SDK adapter and asks the real kernel in-process. Test data only, nothing stored, nothing counted. 10 requests per minute per IP, body at most 2 KB, unknown fields are a 422.
