Per-pool acquisition: arrivals, conversion, and what each one cost.

The funnel endpoint answers how many agents arrived. This one answers whether a pool is worth the next tranche, which needs the spend beside the count. Cost comes from pool_spend rather than from chain history, because a payment nobody wrote down is a payment nobody can attribute.

Internal, partner and test registrations are reported but held out of the goal and out of every cost ratio. Dividing spend by a population that includes our own test agents would flatter the number we are trying to manage down.
