Channels to aggregate. Omit for all agent channels (email + text + whatsapp + phone).

Scope to interactions handled by these AI agents. Omit for all agents.

period_daysinteger nullable

Window size in days. KPIs/last-offers come from the trailing window; deltas come from the prior window of the same length. Mutually exclusive with start_datetime + end_datetime_exclusive. Omit all window params to default to 30 days.

start_datetimestring date-time nullable

Inclusive window start (timezone-aware ISO-8601). Requires end_datetime_exclusive; mutually exclusive with period_days.

end_datetime_exclusivestring date-time nullable

Exclusive window end (timezone-aware ISO-8601). Requires start_datetime; mutually exclusive with period_days.
