Trigger a conversation-analysis sweep on demand (super-admin)

Fires the backstop Claim sweep per channel analyzer using deterministic workflow IDs shared with the cron schedules. Each sweep now analyzes its claimed entities synchronously (ENG-2264 — no Submit/ Poll stages).
