Sync Models From Api

Sync models from MegaNova API to database.

  • If modality is provided, only syncs that modality
  • If not provided, syncs all modalities (text_generation, text_to_image, text_to_video)
  • Preserves existing is_active status for existing models
  • New models are disabled by default; an admin must enable them

Requires EDIT_SETTINGS permission.
