Median journal entries that could be written back to QuickBooks (#2642)

Journal entries of the connected QuickBooks company's entity dated on or after the posting cutoff (at most 500, oldest first; hasMore when truncated), each with eligible and every block reason. Only adjusting entries created in Median are eligible; bank-feed, bill/invoice, payment/payroll, provider-derived, QuickBooks-pulled (including the opening balance) and closing entries, entries with an unmapped or ambiguously mapped account, a Median class, a foreign currency, or a cash/bank/card line whose mapping says QuickBooks' own feed brings that cash are blocked. Read-only.
