Apply a template to a target dataset

Create a new v3 dashboard by applying a source dashboard's Look/Format/Layout onto a target dataset with every field re-resolved. Returns a job_id and creates the dashboard asynchronously — mirroring /v3/generate, because this is also a create flow (the applied canvas rides the same append+bake path, so the editorial tiles re-resolve against the target data via the render service). Auth: read on the source dashboard + the target dataview ACL (same bar /v3/generate uses to create on a dataview).
