Commit a reviewed context change set

Write the candidate the review proposed, honouring any items whose hand-typed text the user chose to KEEP. Returns a job_id; poll /jobs/{id} for {sequence, canvas, version_before, bake_ok}.

The change lands as an ordinary canvas version, so undo, revert and the version timeline reach it exactly as they reach a chat edit.

Rejects when the candidate has expired or been superseded, and when the head moved under the review — the proposal then describes a board that no longer exists, and applying it would silently revert whatever landed in between.
