Draft head + who moved it

The draft head's sequence and the versions written since since (who, when, and the timeline's label for each, newest first). The editor polls this so a colleague's change is announced before its own next save runs into the base_sequence guard. Reads no canvas. Without since it describes the head version alone. limit (1-50, default 10) caps the listed moves; count is the total.
