Admin Event Player Props

Same shape as GET /v1/events/{id}/player-props (admin session, no credits).

Used by the sports-schedule Odds submenu. Unsupported sports return available: false with unsupported: true instead of HTTP 400 so the inspector can show an empty state without treating tennis/soccer as an error.
