Admin Event Odds

Return the same payload as GET /v1/events/{id}/odds (no API key required).

Optional ?bookmaker= filters to one book (or comma-separated / all), matching the public odds endpoint. Defaults to all ingested books when omitted so the admin schedule can still inspect the full set when needed.
