Admin Customer Exclude From Analytics

Hide or show a customer on the platform-wide API Usage dashboard.

Diagnostic / internal accounts generate real api_usage_log rows (including expected errors). Those rows stay for audit; this flag only drops them from Admin → API Usage aggregates. Per-customer usage panels are unchanged.
