Suggest published business names and taxonomy categories

Cheap, deterministic typeahead for the public search UI. Business-name rows are lexical name_query labels from visible Registry inventory, never branch selections, profile authority, rankings, recommendations, reach decisions, Sponsored placement, or impressions. Selecting one runs the normal exact intent=name search. Category suggestions come from the closed taxonomy.

Typeahead text, capped at 120 characters. Taxonomy suggestions start at two characters; business-name name_query suggestions start at three so pg_trgm can use an indexable trigram.
