List published business index

Returns published profiles only. Directory listings are intentionally excluded. Cursor-paginated: pass limit (1-100, default 100) and cursor (the next_cursor value from the previous page); next_cursor is present only when more pages exist, so small registries fit in one unpaginated response. Public-read by default; some deployments may require a Loppee API key.
