Send message to a business

Send a customer message directly to any eligible published business's Loppee inbox. Messaging is available on every v3 exposure plan; payment never changes messaging access, business class, ranking, or review authority. Repeat sends append to the same conversation, and replies are read through /v1/actions/list-my-conversations.
