Exact dated owner-program windows for a US place, for agents. Returns the same records as locus_program_windows. Use this when your client can only call paid x402 routes. Use locus_program_windows instead when you can call Locus free tools (REST tools/call or MCP).

Days after asOf to include; default 120, maximum 400.

Optional ISO date YYYY-MM-DD; defaults to today's UTC date.

Response

Atomic read result. A substantive result is paid; an empty/out-of-coverage result carries charged:false (x402 settlement suppressed).
