Post Download Attribution Consume
Redeem a bearer token once.
lmcp-api#325: when the token was minted with a visit id (the site sends one only after an analytics yes), the answer adds vid, so the installer can send it on its install event. Without one the key is absent and the answer is byte for byte what it always was. ref and src are never returned.
