sources and blocked are per process since start (they reset on deploy, like /admin/track-drops). blocked_by_day reads the *_blocked rate-limit events, which survive deploys, so a before/after of a change to the identity can be compared by day (UTC). /community/vote logs no event when it drops a ballot: it is only in blocked.
