limit bounds only the uninstalls list returned for the panel — summary is always computed over the full universe of uninstall events (#1616). Before this fix the SQL itself carried LIMIT %s, so a percentage like reinstalled_pct and the top_reasons ranking were silently computed over whichever ≤100 rows sorted first, not over "everyone who uninstalled" — same defect class as #1598/#1602's fleet snapshot, just with a percentage instead of a raw count.
