Admin Server Source

ADR-0004: which server binary active machines run — embedded (notarized server inside LocalMCPTray.app) vs standalone (npm download in ~/.local/share/local-mcp/bin) vs other/unknown (old clients pre-reporting). When standalone trends to ~0 among active macOS machines, the npm standalone download can be retired.
